Rental Hire
Please allow us 1 hour before and after your event for set-up and pack down. The hiring period is 4 hours. 8.30 am is the earliest setup time, 12 pm is the latest. Please inform us of venue access time if applicable.
Ages
Soft play and ball pit recommended for children 0-6 years only
Bubble Dome – 0-10 year’s only with no more than 2 children at a time at all times
White/Blue/ Pink Bouncy Castle – 3*3 capacity weight of 150kg the followingrecommendations are as follows
– 0 – 5 maximum of 6 children at a time
– 5 – 10 maximum of 3 children at a time
Suitability
Please be aware that we will never accommodate areas with sand, gravel, tanbarks, extremely dirty or uneven surface. Flat! Make sure to have flat ground for the designated area for the bouncy castles. Please check the measurements by each product.
Our Soft play is easy to set up indoors and preferred to avoid any weather damage. Any furniture or items need to be cleared before we arrive.
Please make sure you have permission for setup of our equipment if applicable.
Requirements
Once our equipment is setup it should never be moved or relocated. Maximum of 1 adult can aid children on inflatables.
Important note:
Keep any objects and fluids away that could damage any hired equipment. Damages may result in further charges and no refund of bond. Loss of stolen equipment will be charged an appropriate amount i.e. cost of replacement. Additional fees will be added where unusual cleaning brought on by misuse of the equipment.
Hygiene and Cleaning Procedures
All equipment is cleaned and sanitized before and prior to the next event.

Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation with less than 3 weeks’ notice, the deposit will be forfeited. However, please note that the deposit can be used to rebook a party on another day (subject to availability) within 12 months. Please make sure you have a backup plan for unforeseen circumstances that can affect the date of your events, such as rain or high winds. Equipment cannot be set up in the rain for the safety of children and our equipment.
ALWAYS consider the safety of a venue when planning.
Equipment will not be set up near fireplaces, heaters, grills for barbecues.
Refundable Bond
All Soft play bookings are subject to an extra $250 bond fee refunded within 1 to 5 days, given all equipment returned undamaged and clean, in the condition it was delivered. All plastic balls must be in the ball pit upon collection.
All bouncy castle/bubble house bookings are subject to an extra $120 bond fee refunded within 1 to 5 days, given equipment returned undamaged and clean, in the condition it was delivered.
Rules
ADULT SUPERVISION REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES.
NO forms of rough play.
NO climbing the walls of the Bouncy castles.
NO wet clothing or water.
NO animals in or around play areas.
NO shoes or heels.
NO Food or sweets.
NO Drinks.
NO Face paint/sharp objects, glitter, silly string.
What distance will you deliver to?
Our standard delivery service range is within 30km from our base in Pakauranga, Auckland.
Additional fee for areas beyond this, subject to schedule availability.
