How long is the hire period?
The hire period is 4 hours. Please note Jumping Castle and Bouncy house can only be setup on grass.
8.30 am is the earliest setup time, 12 pm is the latest. Please allow us up to 1 hour before and after your event for set-up and pack down.
Please inform us of venue access time if applicable.
What ages can play on your equipment?
Soft play and ball pit is recommended for children 0-6 years only.
Bubble Dome is recommended for children 0-10 year’s only, with no more than 4 children at a time at all times.
Bouncy Castle weight capacity is 150kg. Recommendation for ages are:
0-5 years – max 6 children at a time
5-10 years – max 3 children at a time
What are your hygiene and cleaning procedures?
All equipment is cleaned and sanitised before and prior to the next event.
What is your cancellation policy?
In the event of a cancellation with less than 3 weeks’ notice, the bond will be forfeited. However, please note that the deposit can be used to rebook a party on another day (subject to availability) within 12 months.Please make sure you have a backup plan for unforeseen circumstances that can affect the date of your events, such as rain or high winds. Equipment cannot be set up in the rain for the safety of children and our equipment.
ALWAYS consider the safety of a venue when planning.
Equipment will not be set up near fireplaces, heaters, grills for barbecues.
How much is the bond?
All Soft play bookings are subject to an extra $250 bond fee refunded within 1 to 5 days, given all equipment is returned undamaged and clean, in the condition it was delivered. All plastic balls must be in the ball pit upon collection.
All bouncy castle/bubble house bookings are subject to an extra $120 bond fee refunded within 1 to 5 days, given equipment is returned undamaged and clean, in the condition it was delivered.
What distance will you deliver to?
Our standard delivery service range is within 30km from our base in Pakauranga, Auckland. Jumping castle and bouncy house to be setup on grass only.
Additional fees for areas beyond this, subject to schedule availability.
